Repositioning Yourself for the Blessings (Part 1)

Your prosperity in every facet of life is primarily tied to the prosperity of your soul. Until your soul begins to prosper in the knowledge of the Word of God, you cannot prosper in the situations of life. (Hosea 4:6, Hosea 6:6) When you carefully look at the Word which is the will of God, you will find out that God is not opposed to your prosperity. Biblically, prosperity is not limited to money only but rather includes health, material and spiritual blessings. (John 10:10, Matt. 6:33) god desires you to prosper spirit, soul and body.

The abundant life is found only in Christ (John 10:10) God’s will for your life according to our key scripture above is the life of over flowing abundance, divine increase in every area of knowledge of the Lord. God’s ideal intention and expectation is that all of His children would live their lives under open heavens.

However, you need to be rightly positioned to provoke the manifestation of the blessing. Repositioning yourself for God’s divine provision and blessings begins with your correct knowledge and application of the Word of God (Josh. 1:8).
All your decisions, words, thoughts and actions must be dictated by the principles of the Word of God when you become His child. Anything contrary to this will lead to famine of the soul, spirit and body. Ultimate victory in life is obtained through a complete trust in God and meditation of His Word.

We can do all things through Christ our anchor and strength. To provoke divine blessings, change your mindset; never think defeat, lack, poverty or sickness. With God, nothing shall be impossible for you. God will not withhold or withdraw any good thing from the reach of His children. Renew your mind with the Word of God, this is the only way to have the mind of Christ. There is no hopeless situation with God, or in God, because He is the God of all possibilities. You cannot get the best from God if your feelings and emotions do not align with the Word and will of the Lord. Let the Word raise the stand for you in any situation of life (Isa 59:19).

The Bible informs us that “as a man thinketh in His heart, so is he” what is your thought life like? Are you in charge of your thought life or have you allowed your emotions, imagination and carnal thinking to dominate your thoughts? (2 Cor. 10:3-5). Keep your heart with all diligence for out of it are the issues of life.

To enjoy the blessings of the Lord unhindered, allow every decision and actions you make to conform to the will of God. Weigh your decisions and its consequences by the Word of God (Deut. 30:19).

We become what we do repeatedly. Our habits mold our character. Your habits have the capacity to determine your potentials, positively or negatively. We can form new positive habits and break the circuits of our bad habits through the power inherent in the Word of God.

Your character is what determines your destiny. Develop the character of Christ through a life style of love and obedience.
Godly prosperity can only happen in our lives when we become totally submissive, in complete obedience to every letter in the Word of God.
